Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.’s)

Return policy:

  • Books and DVD’s are non-refundable.  Please ensure you have selected the proper product names and quantities before checking out.

Order cut-off / shipping schedule:

  • We ship weekly, on Mondays, unless the Monday is a statutory holiday. Order cut-off time is Sunday at 5 PM.
  • Please ensure your order is placed before the cut-off time to be processed in time for Monday’s shipment.
  • We take the order to the post office Monday at 5 pm. Please be advised Canada Post will not start the shipment until Tuesday and it could take 3 – 5 business days.

If you don’t have a PayPal account:

There are two options available to you.

  1. During Checkout, you can create a PayPal account for free.  There are no monthly costs.  It just allows you to use your credit card to pay through PayPal.
  2. Call us at our toll-free number 1-855-721-4766 and leave your credit card info on our secure voicemail box.  We will manually process your order.  Never send credit card information by e-mail for security purposes.

5% Volume Discount: 

  • If you purchase more than 50 of a single book or DVD (not combined), we offer a 5% discount on that specific book/DVD.  Please call us before ordering, and we can advise you on how to process your discount.

Annual Price Increases:

  • A small price increase is applied annually in the month of January each year to our products.
  • Please check our website annually at the end of January to view any changes to our prices.

Can I Pick Up My Order:

  • Orders can be picked up Monday to Thursday, 10AM to 4PM.

Can I get electronic copies:

  • At this time we are not offering electronic copies.

DVD Troubleshooting:

Should you have problems with DVD playback, please contact us for troubleshooting.
Most issues can be resolved quickly with basic troubleshooting.

  • Make sure your DVD player can play a different DVD first to ensure it is not your DVD player having issues.
  • Ensure the DVD is kept clean.  Clean only with a soft, lint-free cloth from the center of the DVD out towards the edge.  Do not use chemicals.
  • Ensure the label is facing up in your player.

Do you have closed captions available:

  • No, unfortunately closed caption for the hearing impaired is not available.

Do you have transcripts available:

  • No, we do not have electronic copies.

Are books available in .PDF format (electronic):

  • No, we do not have .PDF copies.

Do you have audio book versions available:

  • No, we do not have audio book or audio versions of books available.

What happens if product is damaged during shipping:

  • Products damaged during shipping, are the shipping company’s responsibility, NOT Diverse City’s.
  • If you wish to insure and track your shipments, please email Diverse City accordingly to add these additional shipping options / fees to your order.
